BREWERY
The Brewery is a seven barrel brew house consisting of a steam jacketed
mash tun, and a 200 gallon steam brew kettle. Primary fermentation takes
place in one of three fermentation tanks. After approximately 7 days in the
primary the yeast is harvested and the beer is transferred, where it
continues to age and the yeast settles out. Finally, it is racked a third time
into our bright beer tank and is ready to keg in about three days. The whole
process from brewing to kegs usually takes between 14 and 21 days.
Brewery Tours: Every other Friday at 6:00 pm, and upon request when not
brewing.
